What Happens When you Archive a Class?

Archived classes won’t be available in the active class section.Students can’t unenroll from the archived class.Both the teachers and students can see the archived classes but, in order to use it, you have to restore them.Anyone from the class can access all the attachments, files, and class materials from Google Drive.

How to Archive a Google Classroom on PC

1. Initially, turn on your PC or computer.
2. Open the Google Classroom [https://classroom.google.com].
3. Tap the three-dots icon on the card for the class.
4. Next, select Archive from the menu that appears on the screen.
5. Once you click, a pop-up window will appear on the screen.
6. Tap the Archive button again to confirm the process.
7. Click the Menu icon and select Archived Classes to find the archived classes.

How to Archive a Google Classroom on Andriod and iPhone&iPad

1. Unlock your mobile and open the Google Classroom app.
2. Tap the More icon on the card for the class.
