Call of Duty Warzone 2’s Map Leaked
While the current roster of maps including Caldera is pretty awesome, it doesn’t quite live up to the Verdansk map and fans are hoping for a return of it. While there isn’t any gameplay footage so far, there have been early reports on what’s coming next to Call of Duty Warzone 2. A news report written by industry insider Tom Henderson over at Try Hard Guides claims that an updated image of the Warzone 2 map has been released confirming its key areas. Henderson claims that the Warzone 2 map has not changed significantly compared to the earlier leak but the number of POIs has been updated along with a list of new names. Call of Duty: Warzone 2 POIs Warzone 2’s map is named “AL MAZRAH“. A new image, that was provided under the condition that the image does not go public shows all 18 POI locations that I’ve previously reported and drawn, however some of the POI names have since changed. The Warzone 2 map has not changed significantly since my first drawing exclusively reported via TryHardGuides. – Tom Henderson

It was recently revealed by Activision that Call of Duty: Warzone 2 will launch later this year, soon after we get Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 on October 28. The game is set to feature a new sandbox mode along with a new playspace. The title will be available for the PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, PS4 and PS5. While there’s no official release date announced yet, it’s expected that Call of Duty Warzone 2 will release sometime on November 16 according to a leaked internal Activision Document. We rarely get to see a battle royale get a second iteration as many titles the likes of Fortnite, PUBG and APEX Legends have still been operating with updates for years. Maybe Activision has something special waiting for us? We’ll find out pretty soon when the game finally releases at the end of the year.
