Ubisoft also announced that a PC-only closed playtest will be organised for the game from October 14th to October 15th. According to industry insider @TomHendreson, the playtest will be 4 hours long each day. The PC requirements for the playtest were also made public.

The closed playtest for the game started today, and apparently, a ‘welcome’ video from the event is now on the internet. We’ve been working passionately for several years now on this project, where we aim to do something a little bit different in the co-op shooter genre, and we’re so happy that we can finally have you play the build with us.” No other valuable information about the session-based Co-op is revealed, but we hope that more insights and feedback will be released after the closed playtest has concluded.
